"MelonSound quit unexpectedly"

Generating music is a computationally intensive process, and MelonSound is running on your local computer.

A few general recommendations:

• Try exiting other memory hungry applications on your computer while you are using MelonSound as this can lessen the memory pressure on the system.
• Try generating shorter tracks to see if that work.
• Try changing the settings to user a lower quality LM

It says I am out of memory

MelonSound uses a lot of memory on your computer.

• If you have configurd the high quality LM model then try setting it to standard instead.
• Try generating shorter tracks
• Try exiting other applications on your computer to free up memory for MelonSound.

It is not doing what I tell it to do

This can happen for a number of reasons.

• The model simply can not do what you are asking it to do.
• The musical description is not clear enough.
• The musical description is at odds with other settings or with the lyrics.
• The model is not able to understand your text.
• The duration is set too short.

Or, at the end of the day, it could just be bad luck. Try generating the track again!
